What happens when a Narcissist Gets the Exit they Wanted
There is nothing more disappointing than watching a narcissist get a complete free pass. You expect some form of justice, and you expect the truth to catch up to them. But instead, the narcissist gets the exact exit they wanted. They escape the fallout. They leave you with absolutely nothing and step into their next chapter, completely unbothered. It feels incredibly unfair—at the very least—and it can leave you feeling completely stuck. But you need to understand that this moment completely changes the narcissist’s behavior.
When a narcissist realizes they got away with everything, their deeply suppressed traits come out in full force. They go totally rogue and become even more vicious because they believe they’re completely above all the rules.
