If something feels off, trust that feeling. Narcissists are experts at gaslighting and making you doubt your own reality, but deep down, you know when something isn’t right. Trust your instincts, and don’t let them manipulate you into thinking you’re the one at fault.
6. Focus on Self-Care
Finally, make sure you’re taking care of yourself emotionally. Being around a narcissist who is constantly triangulating and manipulating can be incredibly draining. Make sure you’re practicing self-care, whether that’s through journaling, meditation, therapy, or spending time with supportive friends and family. Prioritize your mental and emotional well-being.
