If you want to detect a narcissist or a psychopath quickly, before they wreck your mind, confuse your soul, or dismantle your life, use this test. It takes three seconds and is called the Sakaco Eye Test. You do not need them to speak, observe their behavior for weeks, or wait for the mask to fall; you just need to look into their eyes. Their eyes, and everyone’s eyes, in that case, are the windows to their soul. Their eyes will tell you what their mouth may try to hide.
Understanding San Paku Eyes
Before I explain the test, I need to describe what sanpaku eyes are, as this is called the Sanpaku Eyes Test, and where the term comes from. The term “sanpaku” comes from Japanese, meaning “three whites.” In a normal human eye, you see the white sclera on the left and right of the iris—these are the two whites. However, in sanpaku eyes, there is a third white, either above or below the iris. This is why they are called “three white eyes.” This is not just an aesthetic observation; it is an ancient diagnostic signal believed to indicate deep psychological, emotional, and even spiritual imbalance. This theory was popularized in the West by George Ohsawa, the founder of the macrobiotic movement. According to him, sanpaku eyes were more than just a facial quirk; they were a warning, a sign of what was brewing inside a person. If you pay close attention, he divided sanpaku eyes into two types: yin sanpaku and yang sanpaku. One shows fear, while the other shows threat.
