The fourth reason a Narcissist would come back is if they get word that you have been talking about them. For example, at the end of a Narcissistic Relationship the emotions can be raw and confusing. The Narcissist will know exactly what to say and do to get their claws into you again. And I am not just talking about romantic relationships here, this can be for friendships and family relationships. Talking about the Narcissist no matter if it is good or bad to the wrong person can trigger a Narcissist to start hoovering or try to break down your No Contact barriers.
Why You Are More POWERFUL Than The Narcissist
Once you have moved on from a Narcissist it is best to try and act as if they do not exist. Because narcissists want to remain relevant in your life, they want to know that you are still thinking of them. So, if they hear that you’ve been talking about them that reasons enough for them to hoover you or try to get you to break no contact. But to wrap this up.
These are four of the main things that I think can cause a Narcissist to wander back or try and break No Contact. Some of them we can control others we can’t. Because unfortunately, Narcissists do not let go of people easily. Very rarely do they ever cut someone off for good. So, even though it may take months or years they never forget you and if they can come back, they will. So, it is up to you to keep that door shut tightly by ignoring them or making it clear that their presence is not welcomed.
