Sign number four, which sums up all the previous signs: You cannot connect with the Source to receive guidance. You cannot connect with God or your higher self. Everything confuses you, and the thought of meditating, which you used to enjoy for hours, now irritates you. You can’t sit with yourself, feel your emotions, or access your intuition. Everything has become clouded. Your spiritual practices have been totally disrupted by the narcissist’s spiritual attack because they know that if you were to connect with God or Source, they would be defeated, as you would be protected. That’s why the idea of practicing spirituality now repels you.
Sign 5: Phantom Connection
Sign number five, the last one: Phantom connection. The concept of a phantom limb is where patients feel sensations from a limb that has been amputated. Physically, it may be gone, but I believe spiritually, an element always remains. People feel pain from that. Similarly, a phantom connection arises when a narcissist is heavily attacking your spiritual or energetic field, intruding and breaking in. That’s why you hear their judgmental voice in your head, sense their presence, and feel like they are talking to you. That voice feels alien, filled with hatred, envy, animosity, and jealousy. It’s not something you feel toward yourself; it truly feels like a demonic aspect has forced itself into you. Sometimes, that voice is so overpowering that it takes up all the space and makes you want to escape your own mind. It doesn’t stop—it keeps talking at you, making you anxious and fearful of your own thoughts and decisions. This is the biggest sign of being psychically attacked. You might go to professionals, and they’ll say you’re having hallucinations, are psychotic, or have a mental disorder, which may or may not be true. But in this case, it’s not true at all. They may not believe you, but you have to believe yourself, which is your first step in defending yourself against the narcissist.
