To counter this problem, you need to seek spiritual help because this is spiritual in nature. What kind of help am I talking about? You need to do exactly what your body or mind resists. If your body doesn’t want to sit with those emotions, you must force it to. If it doesn’t want to face the turmoil and chaos, you have to retrain your brain to sit with it, doing mini-sessions of 10 minutes daily, feeling all those feelings. You must try to become totally objective, taking a step back and projecting those thoughts, that voice, that fear—whatever you may be struggling with—onto a screen, as if it were part of a movie. Try to observe it with pure, dispassionate curiosity, to know exactly what’s going on, to realize what’s right and wrong, and to identify your truth. You have to connect with your authentic self, which is exactly what the narcissist doesn’t want you to do because they’re not authentic. They want you to feel the way they do. The constant rumination, the thoughts they have about you, keep you in the loop.
So what can you do? Take some time out of your day to sit with yourself and connect with the Source in whatever way you choose—praying, expressing your thoughts and feelings, crying, or whatever works for you. Then imagine light being showered upon you, blessings coming your way. Visualize yourself being covered in a protective bubble of light, which can be any color, not necessarily white, but protective in nature. Then imagine yourself safe in that bubble, where you can breathe deeply, cut all ties, and let go of the demonic and evil energy. If you repeat these practices daily, you will soon find yourself free from their energetic influence. I have tried it, and it worked well for me. I hope it works for you as well.
