But an empath is an energetic generator. People constantly tell you, “I just feel so much better after talking to you.” They feel physically lighter, deeply validated, and mentally recharged.
A narcissist has to steal energy to survive. But because you are connected to a genuine source of empathy and love, your aura naturally overflows and heals the people who step into it.

Number six: You can sit in profound silence without it feeling awkward.
Silence is a narcissist’s worst nightmare. Silence acts as a mirror, and when the room goes quiet, a narcissist is forced to look at their own empty, rotting reflection.
That is why they constantly have to fill the air with noise—bragging, complaints, or created drama. They cannot stand the coil.
But you carry an aura that allows you to sit in heavy, profound silence with another person without it feeling forced or uncomfortable. You can share a quiet car ride or sit across from someone in pain. And your silent presence is enough.
Your aura wraps around the silence like a warm blanket. You do not need words to prove you are there. Your energy does the holding for you.
