This is the real devil behind narcissists

They view the world through a lens of power and control, never intimacy. To them, every interaction is a win or a loss. If you are happy and they didn’t cause it, they feel like they are losing. If you are successful, they feel diminished.

This is why they sabotage your big moments—your birthdays, your promotions, your family gatherings. They have to be the sun in your universe, even if that means burning everything you love to the ground.

Let’s talk about the discard. It feels like death to you, but to them, it’s just changing a light bulb that flickered.

When you started to demand respect or set boundaries, you became defective supply. You were no longer reflecting the perfect image they wanted to see. So, they threw you away to find a new mirror. It’s cold. It’s blunt. And it’s the absolute truth.

They didn’t lose a partner. They just replaced a broken appliance.

The most devilish part of this is how they use your own goodness against you. They know you are a fixer. They know you have a huge heart, so they play the victim when they are caught in a lie. They cry crocodile tears to trigger your caretaking instincts.

Suddenly, you’re the one apologizing for their betrayal. It’s a masterful reversal of reality that leaves you feeling dizzy and drained while they walk away feeling refreshed.

There is no growth in the narcissist. They are static beings. While you spend years in therapy, reading books, and trying to evolve, they remain exactly the same.

They just find new people to play the same roles in their repetitive drama. They are stuck in a loop of idealization, devaluation, and discard.

The names and faces change, but the script is written in stone. They are prisoners of their own void, forever hungry, never full.

You have to realize that you weren’t dealing with a person who made mistakes. You are dealing with a system that functions on destruction.

The devil isn’t a choice they make. It is what they are. They are a black hole in human form. And a black hole doesn’t hate the stars it consumes. It just follows its nature.

Once you accept that their nature is to consume, you can stop wondering why you weren’t enough to satisfy their hunger. Everything changes the moment you stop reacting. It’s like a glitch in the matrix.
