A Disturbing Experience
One of the creepiest experiences I have personally encountered is waking up in the middle of the night to find a narcissist standing next to me, staring at me with a smirk.
At 2 or 3 a.m., you suddenly feel an unsettling energy, only to open your eyes and see them watching you. If you ask what they are doing, they might say, “I was just admiring you. You look adorable when you sleep.” But something about their tone feels off—almost sinister.
Trust your instincts. They are not standing there out of love or admiration. They are plotting, observing, or feeding off the power they feel by invading your personal space.
A narcissist’s nighttime routine is rarely innocent. Whether they are gambling, manipulating new victims, spying on you, or planning their next move, their lack of sleep is not about productivity—it’s about control.
