Narcissist Does these 7 Things BEFORE Destroying you
Number one. They track your every move to compile a fake file of evidence against you. Before a narcissist launches a massive attack, they transform into this corrupt detective tracking a target. They begin silently watching everything you do, monitoring your schedule, listening to your phone calls, and taking notes on your everyday habits.
They’re not doing this because they care about you. They are gathering raw material to twist into a weapon. They will take completely normal, innocent things you do and start connecting them to their own life in bizarre ways.
If you come home late from work or if you change your password for privacy, they will immediately document it. They will start sending you horribly nasty, aggressive emails out of nowhere, filled with false accusations. This is a deliberate strategy to create a paper trail of lies. They’re building fake evidence so that when they finally launch their attack and cry wolf, they can show this manufactured file to everyone around you and prove you are the abusive one.
Chapter 5: Sign Two—Recruit Enemies
The second sign is that they recruit your personal enemies—and this is the most important one: other liars to build an army against you. An army that is willing to fight, not just talk.
A narcissist knows deep down they cannot defeat you in a fair one-on-one scenario. They know your integrity is too strong because they cannot win alone. They will actively look for reinforcements to tip the scales in their favor.
They will dig into your past or your workplace to locate your personal enemies—anyone who has ever held a grudge against you, envied you, or wanted to see you fail. The narcissist will approach these people and invite them into a toxic alliance.
Suddenly, a group of dishonest people and other narcissists—more than flying monkeys—will pull their resources together. This has happened. They share skewed, entirely fake narratives about you behind closed doors sometimes to make it public. They create a syndicate of liars to amplify the attack, ensuring that when the destruction begins, you’re not just fighting one person—you are fighting a synchronized mob designed to overwhelm your defenses.
And that is what brings us to number three. They launch bizarre, upside-down accusations to force you to break your silence and defend yourself.
