The Biological Debt: Why Narcissists Age 10 Years Faster After Losing Supply
Without you to blame for their problems, the narcissist’s brain begins to eat itself. The cognitive dissonance of being perfect while being rejected creates a massive mental load. This mental fatigue translates directly into physical leakage. They move slower, they look heavier, and the vibrant charisma they once had vanishes.
