When you first encounter a narcissist, your brain spends an incredible amount of energy trying to figure out their mind games. You read articles. You search for terms like gaslighting, love bombing, devaluation, and you try to map out their behavior like a puzzle. You think, if you can understand the rules, you can fix the relationship or protect yourself.
But eventually, a major shift happens inside you. You stop focusing so much on their words, their text messages, and their excuses. And you enter a space of pure intuitive awareness. You stop analyzing what they’re doing, and you start sensing who they are actually underneath all the noise.
