It’s how they behave around you that tells you who they are inside.
For these reasons, I say: if you want to know who you’re dealing with, focus on their behaviors. Then try to understand how their behaviors have impacted you in the past—and how they’re impacting you in the present.
You’ll gain a lot of clarity, and you’ll know who you’re dealing with.
