Unmasking The Narcissist Without Saying a Word

Have you ever sat there thinking to yourself, “How is nobody else seeing this? Like, they’re so charming, so convincing, and so kind in front of an audience.” Meanwhile, you’re having a completely different experience with this person, and you carry it all by yourself. Think about that.

Because if you’re someone who’s done the therapy, read all the books, tried everything you can to communicate better, and still you feel like you’re in a relationship where you are constantly explaining, defending, proving, forgiving, and walking on eggshells—you’re not the crazy or weak one in the equation.

The truth is, you’re caught in a system that weaponizes your empathy against you and punishes you if you ever dare speak the truth. So, by the end of this video, I want something very specific to happen for you. Not revenge. Not a gotcha moment. But peace, confidence, and certainty in who you are and what you’ve experienced—deep, unshakable knowing that says, “I know what I live. And I trust what I know.”

You don’t need permission to trust yourself, or protect yourself, for that matter. And I am done participating in dynamics that require me to feel small and less than.

Because here’s the thing: you don’t unmask a narcissist by pulling the mask off. You unmask them by removing everything you’ve been doing consciously or unconsciously that enables them to keep it in place—and that includes the things that seem noble.

By the way, the things you do to prove to yourself and others what a good, kind, loyal, and ever-so-devoted person you are. The things you do in the spirit of keeping the peace and taking the high road. The things you do out of love for them and everyone else—while you abandon yourself and lie to yourself on repeat for years, if not decades.

The things you do that are well-meant—but are absolutely coming from a place of untreated codependency and deep denial. In other words, the things you do that hurt you.
