5 Tricks a Narcissist Pulls When They Know You Know

Number five: they extract intelligence without asking directly. The moment a narcissist knows you have finally figured them out, your silence becomes deeply threatening to them, because they can no longer predict what you are going to do. They become extremely curious about your plans. Are you going to pack your bags and leave? Have you told a lawyer the truth? Are you secretly collecting screenshots and documenting? Are you quietly preparing yourself financially?

Because asking you directly would expose their heavy fear, they start fishing for answers instead. They will casually ask things like, “Why are you suddenly so quiet today?” or “Who were you talking to on the phone just now?” They may say, “You seem really different these days. Are you planning something?” Sometimes they will even pretend to be highly supportive and say, “If you ever decide you want to leave, just let me know. I’ll completely understand why.”

Because they just want to see what you accidentally reveal to them. They’re absolutely not looking for emotional reassurance. They’re actively trying to extract intelligence from you so they can stay one step ahead.

Now, if you are learning how to move in complete silence and refusing to hand over your plans to them, the final word that I would like you to drop for today is silence. The moment you realize they are making these dark, calculated preparations behind your back, you have to change your direct strategy. You have to stop trying to explain your feelings, stop trying to make them understand, and start protecting yourself. Don’t fall for their sudden fake softness. Don’t hand over your private plans. And don’t let their hidden sneaky triggers force you into looking like the crazy person they want you to be.

That was my message for today. I hope you got it. With that, let’s bring this episode to an end. I will talk to you in the next one. Until then, as always, let the healing begin and
